launch big ideaThere are 5 important shifts you need to make in your business in order to launch your big idea in 2021.

But first, let's talk about where we're at right now.

We’re at the end of January now. Maybe you set some goals for the year and January didn’t exactly turn out the way you thought it would. How are things going?

If you haven’t made progress toward your launch or finishing the course or getting moving on any level, ask yourself this…what do you need to do differently?

So, let's dive into these 5 important shifts you'll need to make to launch this year…

Why 2021 is THE year to launch?

Think of that thing you want to get off the ground, start, create, sell, or the business you want to form this year. And as I’m talking it’ll be helpful to keep that thing in mind.–because you can use my questions specifically about that thing.

We’re at the end of January now. Maybe you set some goals for the year and January didn’t exactly turn out the way you thought it would. How are things going?

If you haven’t made progress toward your launch or finishing the course or getting moving on any level, ask yourself this…what do you need to do differently? And if you don’t do something differently, where will I be in 1 month? Probably the same place.

Where could I be if I choose to change what I’m doing?

Where will I be if I continue to do what I’m doing?

Okay – before we move into the shifts, I want to start thinking about the smaller things you’ll need to do to make that happen. The shifts I’m going to share will serve as a quick reminder of some of those things.

If you attended the weeklong launch-ready workshop in December, you may recognize some of these things.

The 5 Shifts To Help You Launch Your Big Idea

Make sure to write down how you're going to change the way you approach:

  • Building your list intentionally for the offer you want to launch
  • Changing your approach to planning your launch to include MORE than just schedule on the calendar
  • Selling and sharing about your offer long before you're actually launching
  • Creating consistent content in order to build trust but also comfort – so that people know they are seen, heard, and can be completely comfortable with me
  • No longer rushing the process and instead embracing where you are as you work toward your launch

If you can commit to shifting in these areas…and then knowing your customer on a deeper level, you'll gain…

  • Quality over quantity
  • Intention over every single thing
  • Clarity as you take action

These are just some of the shifts members are making inside the Launch Incubator program.
