We’re switching gears to talk about your health for the rest of the week.  Many of you know that I’m a huge believer in the strong connection between your health and the rest of your life.   When you are exercising the right amount, eating well 80% of the time or better, getting enough rest and relaxation…well, you know how good you feel.

Your stress is lower, your ability to focus is higher…and  you capacity for dealing with lots of “life” things is much greater.

But here’s a sobering point I want you to remember, If you don’t have your health, you have nothing.

Lose your health and all those dreams and goals mean nothing…and are going nowhere.

So, I thought what better way to nail this point in and share some simple actions you can take today – to feel the power of feeling healthy.
