The Power of Morning Routines
Do you have a morning routine?
If you said yes, I’m curious exactly what you do.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably spent years, reaching for your phone, stumbling through the dark, mindlessly scrolling even before making coffee.
Whether that’s your email, social media, or your daily sales report…none of the above is a good way to start the day.
Those first critical moments in the morning are so important to your mental stamina, your mindset, the way you feel going through your day…
So, if you’re ready to harness the power of those half-dark moments (like I did), start feeling less anxious throughout the day, feel more energetic and just “on it” all day, today’s episode is for you.
We’re talking morning routines, but so much more…
Master Mindset Coach | Manifestation Expert Paige Cole is my guest today. Not only does she support entrepreneurial women with their mindset, she walks the walk herself.
In this episode we talk about:
- Paige’s business and the fascinating crossover between mindset & business
- What she does every single day — a step by step walk through her morning routine
- Why internal and external consistency matters especially for your business
- The best way to get started with a morning routine and how to add an evening routine to the mix!

Leave a comment below and let me know if you’ve got a morning routine or you’re committed to starting one in the next 30 days! I’d love to hear from you.
I used to adore my morning routine. I had wonderful, productive, consistently good days – for business and play.
If I could make the screech sound to stop the record playing – here’s where I’d interrupt the good vibes – and tell you that “I have a new almost-talking baby!” and my morning routine flew out of the window. She’s a little night owl. I’ve been adjusting and coming back to a definitely much better routine, but whew, little Miss Harper threw me for a loop.
I also have that issue – but have managed in the last month to just take a 30 minute time during the morning (sometimes it’s different if Mila’s home) where I journal, do my own small process… and it really helps!
