How Racheal Cook Launched The Yogipreneur
I’ve known Racheal Cook for a few years now – though this year she also became a client when she asked for my help coming up with an outreach plan for her launch.
Racheal’s no stranger to launches, but what she normally did required more work, more hours, and less time with her family.
She knew she wanted to do things a little different this time.
You see, earlier this year she added 1 more to the Cook family.
So – you get the picture – toddler twins, a baby, a husband who likely wants a little help – and you’re in dire need of a laid back launch. (yes please hashtag that #laidbacklaunch)
So that’s what we did – we figured out a way for her to do less work during the launch and leverage the work she’s been doing for years now.
In today’s chat – we go back in time and find out about Racheal’s first launch, how her business has changed, and where the Yogipreneur came in!

Now – inspired by Racheal’s discovery of the changes happening in the yoga business community, I’d like you to apply this same thought to your own world.
What trends or patterns do you see in your own industry that you could respond to with a new way of teaching, training or reaching your audience?
Thanks so much for interviewing me Anne! I hope everyone who reads it has a big sigh of RELIEF that it can be much much easier! xo
Here here! All cheer for the lazy, laid back launch! Thanks Racheal – interviewing you felt more like a fun chat!
Wow girls! That was great!! Thanks for all the awesome information. I just stumbled across this site and I’ll be checking it out more and Yogipreneur too! Just starting to launch my own business so it’s right on track with what I’m needing!
Great interview! I had no idea that you were a Pilates person, Anna! I love that you and Rachael are no-nonsense and so clear that you serve entrepreneurs ready to make the move, do the work! I’m launching a new brand of Pilates based fitness for women over 50 and hearing Rachael’s journey is really helpful…from a bricks and mortar studio to an online presence I seem to following her footsteps.
Look forward to hearing more from both of you.
Great interview Anne and Racheal! So much good information but I’d really like to comment on your B School Mastermind…what a fabulous service that you offer! There are so many great teachers and courses out there but it’s overwhelming and challenging sometimes to try and determine how that great information applies to your business specifically.
Thanks for all the good inspiration:)
You ladies are amazing! I am so grateful that I can watch and learn from both of you. Thank you for being great leaders to the rest of us who are trying to make it in the launch world. Love the way you keep it real! Im going out to make that first pancake so I can come back and tell my success story! Keep up the great work.

Betsy, yup – I’ve got lots of twists and turns to my story and Pilates is one of them. You’ll gain so much from Racheal and I wish I’d known about her when I was building my pilates business!
I love the way Racheal offered a mastermind for her Bschool affiliates – I think it’s a brilliant way to be building your own community in an honest and helpful way! thanks for stopping by Marnie! -Anne
