Why are so many people unable to answer the question, “Am I successful?” I mean, it’s something most of us strive for in some way — whether it’s to win the game, get the girl, do a good deed, get the job, get the promotion, have a baby, have a house…I mean, the list goes on of what most consider successes.
We all want to feel like we're winners – like we did something that mattered, that people recognize our abilities. But we often don't feel like we're a success and we wonder why. And the sad thing is that many of us keep doing the same thing over and over again…and obviously that doesn't make it right. But we keep chugging along…thinking, “Oh man, I’ll just keep my nose to the grindstone and it'll all pan out.”
But will it? Here's the thing…we often aren't even in the ballpark because we don't even really know where we are going or what we really want.
So, what can we do?
This video reveals it all. And shows that YOU should consider asking yourself 3 vital questions about your own life to achieve “success”.
If you’ve ever felt deflated when you reached a goal, were paralyzed to get started in the first place, or simply gave up before you made any real progress, then you don’t want to miss this video.

p.s. thanks for bearing with my cold! I just had to post this video today!
Aww – Anne love “seeing” you!! and love the information you shared – I actually watched your video twice so I could absorb everything…. I love that you shared your personal story and your honesty – wow … I can’t relate…. I am going to take a minute and envision my perfect average day – I can already see that it wouldn’t involve an office – It would involve living simpler, and not worrying about money, it would involve time to blog, do my coaching – be it in the forum or 1-1, promoting my skin care business, working with Mark in his personal training business, having time to workout – just thinking about it feels great….
Thanks for taking me there!! Hugs you!! xoxo
Thanks for posting Leeanne! Gotta say I was a bit shy posting this video – because I’m still sick, but I figured if I can be brave enough to post this vid feeling less than stellar and still get my message out, then I should have no problem doing more video when I’m feeling 100%!
Every single time I do a really detailed perfect average day, something in my life changes. I get new clients, I meet a new person, I learn something new…life seems to get in motion in ways I never expected. Don’t be afraid to dream I say but have it rooted in something you really really want to achieve!
Lots of love Leeanne. 🙂
Hi, Anne: Thanks for this! If I imagine being the best Pilates Instructor in the world, it makes me feel confident, grounded, positive, in control, and focused on my clients rather than on myself and my shortcomings. I think I will imagine that every day at least for a minute. This is a good exercise for me!
Catherine,
Thanks for comment. I have an idea to add to this for you. Think about the your ideal pilates client, the ideal space you want to teach — and I think it will put you in the mindset to actually find those types of people (and the way to teach them in the right environment). While I do thing visualization alone works for some, I find that if you accompany it with a specific action, then you’ll see results.
Good luck and stay in touch!
Anne
