One product that has hands down changed my level of productivity and what I can get done (and helps me remember what I need to get done!) every single day.
Plus – there’s a great little side effect of managing others that gets way easier.
In this video review, I’m going to share with you why you should be using Wrike.
That’s right. Wrike people. Wrike.
Wrike is no longer just a tool, it’s a verb in my world. When I Wrike myself – it means I’m assigning myself to do a specific task or remember a piece of information.
Wrike is a project management and task management online tool that is the only tool I use now to assign work to the LKR team and soon to my own team too!
Here’s the game-changer for Wrike…and it’s awesome sauce in my book.
It integrates with email. Because so much of what I do comes to me in the form of email – I can turn emails into tasks very easily. I simply forward to a special email address, put the task name and due date in the subject – and it goes right into my profile.
Watch this video where I show you my productivity partner Wrike IN ACTION.
Update: A quick note on who should use Wrike and who might want to wait.
I love Wrike still, but when I shifted to focus on building my own business and went from a 6-8 person team down to a 1-3 person team, I found Wrike to be a little overkill. We use Trello now and we may stick with it for the time being just because it’s friendlier for us and we can do everything we need in the program.
Stay tuned for an update on the Wrike platform and other project management tools that I try out!
Really – my only advice for managing a team is to find something you like and stick with it.
