A launch is a series of moving parts that can get complex and overlap.  Because of this – mistakes happen.

Even the absolutely flawless launch plan can end up slightly mangled.

Tech problems, systems breakdowns, team members who don’t deliver, team members that do deliver, team leaders that change their minds constantly… it’s all part of the process of launching.

So is there any hope? Any chance of avoiding all these problems?

Let’s find out in this episode of the Fearless Launching Show is all about the mistakes we make, how to make less of them, and some of the most common ones you can learn from and hopefully avoid!
